How can I request an article? If we do not have the journal or year an article was published (Check the journal holdings list) we can request it from another library. We will need the complete citation, including author, article title, journal title, page numbers, volume number, and year of publication. E-mail this information with your complete name and department to Kaitlyn Means.

How can I request a book? You can check the book catalog to see if the Library has the book you need. To request a book from another library, please email the complete citation, including author, title and year of publication, plus your complete name and department to Kaitlyn Means. Book loans must be returned to our library before the due date so that we can mail them to the lending library on time.

How long will it take? The average processing time per loan is 1-2 weeks. If the information is urgently needed, let us know - we can often cut through red tape for same day delivery.

How much will it cost? Lending institutions generally charge $15.00 per loan, but costs vary. In most cases the Library will pay for all work-related loans. We’ll let you know if we can’t find the material at a reasonable price.
